Hey! SigHQ is a space where we write in the open about email signatures, from their history through to current day challenges, tools and techniques to improve them and some thinking on how this could all be better.

Think of this as a notebook where we work through thoughts and ideas with the written word - hopefully things you'll find interesting and useful too. We'll keep it short when the idea is short. We'll take the space when it needs it.
The archive
Everything we publish goes into the archive. You can also browse connected articles using tags or with our free text search.
Email signatures in M365 are broken. We're fixing that.
