How we write and source articles

Articles on SigHQ are drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by a human before publishing. We think that's worth being upfront about, so every article links back here.

We hold ourselves to the same sourcing standard either way: claims are backed by primary, authoritative sources — things like Microsoft Learn documentation, ICO guidance, UK legislation, and vendor review platforms — rather than secondary commentary. Every external link is checked to make sure it resolves and still says what we say it says before an article goes out. Where an article draws on named sources, they're listed at the bottom of the piece.
